Saying Goodbye

Our SMBS team has been with us for two months and it is time for them to pack up and head home. One, Tim, had intentions of returning home for Bible school, but has decided to remain behind as a student in our home. He desires to complete Bible Training Center for Pastors (BTCP) with us and then return to the… (more…)

BTCP Teacher Training

The Slavic team fell in love with BTCP curriculum and asked if we could help them through. Praise the Lord that Simon Peter Echungu has been visiting with us and now taking all the personal student and the Slavic team through the workshop. Yoba Yogurt

We have been working all day on this first test round of Yoba yogurt using village milk and are now waiting for it to sit at 45 C… (more…)

Be Prepared In Season and Out of Season

6:00 in the morning, we and a car packed full of BTCP students from Soroti were on the road when suddenly a huge, dark, square frame was blocking our visibility of the road. After stomping on the brakes and swerving around the tangled piece of metal, we saw it was the underside of a buss that had just flipped over. A… (more…)
